All Sales are  final as is where is. No warranty expressed or implied. All announcements on sale day take precedence over printed adds. 

Every bidder must have a number to bid. All auction staff have the right to bid as long as they have a valid bidder number. 

Payment : Cash, Good check ( must have id on file) , or Credit / Debit with a 4% processing fee.  Tax will be charged if applicable. 

Hartley Auction Service is not responsible for any item once it has been sold. We try to make all sales as safe as possible but we are not responsible for accidents. 

Terms: For HiBid online auctions are listed on the HiBid site.   Those terms are different from Live Sales.  Please  Read those Terms when you Register for HiBid 

1. Sales Tax - Sales tax will be charged if applicable.
2. Buyers Premium:  We DO  NOT   charge a buyers premium for onsite auctions.  APRO auctions have a listed Buyers Premium.
3. How long do I have to remove items? All items must be removed the day of sale unless approved by staff. 
4. Do you help load large items?  We will try to assist with loading of larger items , but it is dependent on the location of the Sale. Please bring help or make arrangements for large items.
5. Do you provide chairs?  While we have a limited number of chairs  it is always best to bring your own to any auction.
